Credit Abuse Resistance Education Program (C.A.R.E.)
C.A.R.E is a national organization started by Judge John C. Ninfo, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of New York.
C.A.R.E. provides high schools and colleges with financial literacy programs that instruct teens and young adults about the importance of using credit wisely.

2010 Fall Seminar
Friday October 8th
The Fall CEC Seminar, "Are You Practicing At Your Best?" will be held on Friday, October 8th at the Quest Conference Center, 8405 Pulsar Place, Columbus, Ohio 43240.
We are pleased to have the Honorable Judge Caldwell, the Honorable Judge Hoffman, the Honorable Judge Preston, and the Honorable Judge Humphrey presenting on panels covering best practices in Chapter 7 cases, business cases, Chapter 13 cases, and Professionalism.
The seminar includes CLE credit for one hour of Ethics, one hour of Professionalism, and 4.75 general CLE hours. Registration is $195.00 for non-members and $165.00 for CEC members.
