Prepetition attorney fees related to a foreclosure action, and postpetition attorney fees in connection with the bankruptcy case, included in mortgagees arrearage claim are not a proper component of claim.  Costs associated with title search are not hidden attorney fees and therefore are properly included in the arrearage claim.
